X-axis not moving at all
X-axis limit switch is located on the left side of x-axis, like below.
We have installed three limit switches before, and Omron is the one we are using now.
Mechanical limit switch:

Solutions:
1. Please check if the wiring and rocker of switch are well or not.
If yes, go next please. If not, adjust or replace them.
2. Please check if the limit switch is working properly.

How to check if the slot switch is faulty
If the limit switch is broken, please find thez toolbox which came with your machine and replace it with a spare limit switch.

2. The interface of x-axis motor have bad connection
The interface is located inside the upper right hand door panel, like below.
Solution:
1. Check if the interface is connected tightly.
If yes, go next please.
2. Unplug the interface and check if it has turned black. like below.
If yes, please contact us to replace the interface.
Please power off the machine when checking the connector.
X-axis driver is located inside the lower right hand door panel, like below.
When the X-axis cannot move, the red light of X-axis driver should be on and flashing, please record the flashing frequency(we need to know it when you contact us)
Solution:
1. Please power off the machine , then swap the X/Y axis drivers according to the video below.
2. After that, power on the machine, check if the machine is resetting normally.
If x-axis still not moving at all, so the x-axis motor is broken;
If the problem shifts to y-axis, the same driver is flashing red light, so this driver is broken.
