How to check if the slot switch is faulty

If the L-shape shaft is bent after being hit, how to solve it?

1. Please loose the screw use M2 screwdriver, and make the L-shape switch to straight and install it back.

2. Then install it back.

3. Push the X/Y-axis by hand, observe whether the L shape part can just insert into the limit hole. If it can, it’s ok. If not, you need to adjust the L shape part until it can inset into the limit hole.

Please noted the L shape part must be inserted into the center of the limit hole. In order to ensure that L shape part from the limit switch parts left some space.

How to check if slot switch is faulty?

① Open the lower right door and find the control board and unplug the X-axis and Y-axis control lines, as below photo.

Please turn on the machine and go into Z/U button>> Diagnoses+, then check if the X/YLimit- are red. If it is red that show the limit switch is trigger.

Then find something insert the limit hole, if the limit hole has red light and the X/YLimit- on the panel turns red, the limit switch is working. If not, you need to exchange the limit switch.

Noted: Please put the interface back the controller board of X and Y axis.
