For 5-pin machine, the rotary-axis and y-axis can be switched, if the rotary switch is turned on, y-axis will not moving at all, and the rotary-axis will need to connect the rotary device.

Solution: 

"I" means open, "O" means close.

Y-axis limit switch is located on the left side of Y-axis,  like below.

We have installed three limit switches before, and Omron is the one we are using now.

Omron switch is located on the right side of Y-axis

Solution:

1. Please check if the wiring and roller lever of switch are well or not.

If yes, go next please. If not, adjust or replace them.

2. Please check if the limit switch is working properly.

 3. The interface of y-axis motor have bad connection

The interface of Y-axis motor is located on the inside of laser tube cover, like below. 

Solution:

1. Check if the interface is connected tightly.

If yes, go next please.

2. Unplug the interface and check if it has turned black. like below.

If yes, please contact us to replace the interface. 

Y-axis driver is located inside the lower right hand door panel, like below.

Solution:

1. Please power off the machine , then swap the X/Y axis drivers according to the video below.

2. After that, power on the machine, check if the machine is resetting normally.

If Y-axis still not moving at all, so the Y-axis motor is broken;

If the problem shifts to X-axis, the same driver is flashing red light, so this driver is broken.
