This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to upgrade the firmware of your TITAN laser machine using Laser Maker V2.3.2.

Establish Communication: Ensure that Laser Maker is successfully connected to your TITAN machine and shows an "Connected" status.
First: Upgrade the HMI (Touch Screen) firmware.
Second: Wait for the HMI upgrade to complete, then proceed to upgrade the Main Controller firmware.
After the HMI upgrade is complete, do not restart the machine immediately.
Wait until the controller upgrade is finished before restarting.
If the panel shows "Upgrade failed" during the process, or the software shows "Import failed," please redo the HMI or controller upgrade.
After the firmware upgrade is successful, you can check the upgraded firmware version on the control panel via Menu > System Info after restarting the machine.
In the Laser Maker software, you may need to re-enter the Vendor Setting interface and click "Read" to refresh and display the correct firmware version; otherwise, it will still show the version before the upgrade.
