A "Communication Error" occurs when sending the file to the machine. Which means the machine and software are not connected successfully.
In LightBurn:
In Lightburn, it will show "File transfer failed".
In RDWorks:
If the software is LightBurn:
Please check if the bottom right corner shows "Ready".

①Re-plug the USB/Ethernet cable and make sure it is tight.
②Replace a new USB/Ethernet cable.
AURORA series can only be connected using USB.
③Connect the USB/Ethernet cable directly to the controller.
NOVA/Bolt series:
Open the door on the right side of the machine and find the controller.
Connect directly to the PC by USB cable, bypassing the USB extension cable.
USB:
Connect directly to the PC by Ethernet cable, bypassing the Ethernet extension cable.
Ethernet:
AURORA series:
Open the door on the upper side of the machine and find the controller.
Connect directly to the PC by USB cable, bypassing the USB extension cable.
