An error "Can not find dongle!Software will work at demo state" when running EZcad2 or 3
Problem describe:
Loss of connection between software and machine.
Reasons:
1. The USB connection between the computer and the machine is unstable
① The USB port on the machine side and the computer side are not fixed tightly.
Solution:
Reinsert the USB cable on the machine.
Reinsert the USB cable on the computer.
② The computer's USB port failure.
Solution:
Replace another USB port or get a new computer.
2. Damaged USB cable
USB cable damaged, unable to transfer data properly.
Solution:
Please replace a new USB cable.
3. Driver installation error or no driver installed
The driver of software not installed or incorrectly installed.
Solution:
Reinstall the correct driver.

4. USB port on the machine is damaged
The USB port of the machine is damaged, resulting in the computer not being able to recognize the machine.
Solution:
Open the top cover.
Find the control board.
Please plug the USB cable to the control board directly through this USB port.
