No response to LCD panel keys

Problem description:

When you turn on the machine, the machine can reset normally, but the buttons on the LCD panel do not respond when you click it.


Reason:

1.The LCD panel cord is not firmly connected to the controller port.


Solution:

Unplug the cord, then plug it back in.




2.The controller's memory is too full,so the controller is stuck.


Solution:

Connect the machine in the software and clear the files in the controller.


3.The signal cord in the panel is loose.


Solution:

Remove the back cover of the panel, unplug the cord and plug it back in.



4.The LCD panel is damaged.


Solution:

You need a new LCD panel for replacement. Please contact us.
