Problem description

The laser software shows "File transfer failed" or "Communication Error" when we send the file to the machine.

Reasons

The machine is running or paused

We can't send files to the machine when it's running or paused.

Solution

NOVA/Bolt series：

If the machine is running:

Wait for the machine to finish working or click the "Esc" button to end the job.

If the machine is paused:

Click the "Start-Pause"/"Start" button to continue running or click the "Esc" button to end the job.

AURORA series：

The AURORA series requires software to continue and finish the job.

If the machine is running:

Wait for the machine to finish working or click the "Stop" button to end the job.

If the machine is paused:

Click the "Resume" button to continue running or click the "Stop" button to end the job.

Other computers are sending files at the same time

Solution

Check if there are other computers or software sending files at the same time.

At the same time, only one software can send files to the machine; other software will fail to send it.
