This guide details the complete auto-calibration operation for the Titan series dual/single top cameras, including movable camera calibration and top camera calibration.
This function was newly introduced in LM2.3.3. As auto-calibration relies on the movable camera, it is only available for Titan models at present.

Note: We recommend choosing the 'Detect Calibrate Board' option to improve the success rate. You can skip this step if the movable camera is already calibrated or calibration will be done at a later time. | Click the 'Movable Camera Calibration Board' button and set the save path to save the calibration PDF. |

Print the calibration pattern on A4 paper in portrait mode. | Lay the printed calibration paper vertically (portrait mode, no landscape). Align the square pattern parallel to the machine's X/Y axes, and place the pattern near the center of the working platform rather than the edges to reserve sufficient moving space for the camera to fully scan the pattern. |
Step 5: Movable Camera Focus & Alignment Calibration | |
Move the laser head to bring the calibration board into the view of the movable camera, then click the 'Focus' button. Next, align the pattern center with the red crosshair and click the 'Calibrate' button. | Note: The camera detects two reference markers on the calibration pattern and scans its full field of view from right to left and top to bottom to map the camera's scale and geometric relations to the machine. The full calibration process takes approximately 6 minutes during this test. The time taken depends on the network speed and connection stability. |

Place ≥50×50 mm material, move the laser head above it, click the 'Focus' and the 'Frame' buttons to determine the focal length and processing range, then Start Processing. | Move the movable camera over the cut mark, zoom in as needed to align the mark center with the red crosshair, click the 'Offset Correction' button, and confirm the success prompt. |

It is necessary to save and back up camera calibration files created for different devices under different software versions. When switching machines, simply import the corresponding calibration file. Additionally, if the machine's IP address changes, after reconnecting to the machine, you need to re-import the camera calibration file.
