Reasons:
1. USB cable is loose or faulty
Solution:
Unplug the USB cable and plug it back, try again. If re-plug the cable, problem still exists.
2. USB driver is not install successfully
Before you install the software, please install the USB driver first.
Solution:
Install the USB driver again, if still cannot install the USB driver successfully. Please install the USB driver manually.

3. The USB port of laser machine or controller board is faulty
If all things above are fine, please check if the USB port of the laser machine is faulty.
Solution:
Open the right lower panel, plug your USB cable to controller board directly.
