When attempting to activate LaserMaker using the license key, a "License activation failed" prompt appears. It has been confirmed that the license key has neither been used nor disabled.
If your LaserMaker is not running the latest version, you can download the updated version from our official website (https://www.thunderlaser.com/downloads/).
We recommend enabling your mobile hotspot and attempting the activation process again.
Try using offline activation.

The "request offline activation file" has a 48-hour validity period. Ensure the offline activation process is completed within 48 hours; if the time elapses, the file must be regenerated.
① Upload the generated offline activation file via the link (https://www.lasermaker.com.cn/Offline.php) and wait for the system to process and generate the new file.

③ Import the modified file into the LaserMaker system to complete the entire process.
