Switching the machine on and off correctly is one of the most important aspects of maintaining the machine, which helps to prolong its life.

Switching the machine on and off correctly also prevents problems such as failed axis resets and machine communication failures from occurring.



Notes
The following conditions must be fulfilled for correct power: 
1. Unrestricted freedom of motion of the mechanics. 
2. No materials under the engraving table. 
3. Protection covers are closed. 
4. Please note that do not press the 'ESC' button during the reset process.

E-Stop Switch

All Thunder machines are equipped with an E-stop switch; press it immediately in case of any emergency.
Before using the machine for the first time, make sure to turn on the E-stop switch.



The emergency stop switch serves different functions in the circuit control of different machine types, and the form below will provide an overview.

Thunder Bolt Series

Use the Key to Power ON or OFF the machine.



If your machine does not have the Key switch on it, please turn the Main switch on.

AURORA series

Version 1.0

Using the Main Switch to Power ON or OFF the machine.




Version 2.0

Use the Key switch to Power ON or OFF the machine.




For Aurora version 2.0, after powering on the machine, you must press the 'ON' button to reset.



BTW, to make sure the software can connect the machine successfully, please Power ON the machine first then open the software.
