Reasons:

1. Emergency Stop key is pressed

Solution: If it’s pressed, please reset it, like below.

2. The circuit breaker has tripped

Locate on the lower right-hand door panel (or back side door panel).

Solution: Please check if it’s in off position, and flip to on position, like below.

Note: The machine before Nov. 2016 had been installed the fuse without circuit breaker. Please check and replace the fuse, like below.

3. The main cable, main port or main switch is failure

1.  Main cable
   

Please use a multi-meter to measure resistance of the main cable see if it is on.

Solution:

Please set the arrow at the position, see below picture.

Then use the two probes to measure the resistance. One probe on the black plug, the other one on the pins of the blue plug. See below pictures.

Note: Please confirm that Live wire to Live wire, Neutral wire to Neutral wire, Ground to Ground.

Then see what will show in the panel of the multi-meter.

① If one of the three wires show OL, the main cable is broken.

② If three wires show 0.00 or numbers, the main cable is good. Go next step please.

1. Main port
   

Solution:

Please turn the arrow to the place where the AC voltage is measured, like below picture.

If there is no voltage, the port is broken. Please contact us. (Note: The machine before Nov. 2016, please check and replace the fuse.)

If both of them OK, please go into next step.

1. Main switch
   

Solution:

Please use a multi-meter to test the main switch like below picture see if there are 220V or 110V voltage.

If yes, the main switch is broken. If no, the emergency switch is broken.
