Temperature alarm error on Aurora Series

Problem describe:

The software show "temperature alarm"!

Reasons:

If it is a JPT laser, you need to wait 12 seconds for initialization or it will trigger a temperature alarm.

1. Loss of connection between machine and software

Unstable connection between machine and software.

Solution:

Restart the machine and software.

The correct order is turning the machine on first, then the software.

2. Unstable signal connection between the control board and laser

① The signal cable of the control board is not fixed tightly.

Solution:

Open the top cover of the machine.

Find the control board.

Reinsert the signal cable on the control board.

② The signal cable of the laser is not fixed tightly.

Solution:

Open the left door of the machine.

Find the laser.

Re-plug the signal cable（black cable） on the laser.

If it is a JPT laser, the signal cable(black cable) is located at the bottom of the laser.

3. Laser temperature overheating

The temperature of the laser exceeds 40°.

Solution：

Stop the machine and wait for it to cool down；

Then check if the cooling fan is working properly, and clean the dust.

4. The 24V laser power supply is damaged

The measured voltage is not equal to DC24V, there is a large error, and the voltage value fluctuates widely.

Solution：

Use a multimeter to measure whether the output voltage is equal to DC24V, slowly rotate the White Trim Pot next to it until the voltage is 24V, increase the voltage clockwise; decrease the voltage counterclockwise;
