Replacing the Autofocus sensor for Bolt series
Damaged sensor.
Replacement steps

Bolt AutoFocus Probe Repair and Replacement
- Turn off the machine.
- Preparing a tweezers and new sensor for replacement.
- Unlock the two set screws counterclockwise and remove the focus lens.
- Unlock the autofocus touch post counterclockwise and remove the old one.
Note: If the small black nut on the right is not damaged, then no need to replace it. - Use the tweezers to place the nut as shown below into the groove of the laser head.
Reinstall the autofocus touch post clockwise.
- Reinstalling the focusing lens.
- Enter the diagnostic interface to check if the autofocus function is working properly.
Steps to open the diagnostic screen： Click the Menu>>Diagnostics>>Check the Autofocus
When the autofocus probe is triggered, The red light will be on.
