Use a lens cloth and lens cleaner to keep the Second/Third Mirror clean.

Use a lens cloth and lens cleaner to keep all the Mirrors clean.

Use a lens cloth and lens cleaner to keep the combiner lens clean.

• Keep the inside of the machine clean

Remove small pieces that fall into the honeycomb table, gears, rails, and belts with a small brush or vacuum cleaner.

• Exhaust port

• Cooling fan of chiller

Use the air blow gun to blow away the dust.

• Air filter(if you have)

1. Check the filter cotton and replace it if it is too dirty.

Add lubricant oil (or Rust Preventative Grease) to all rails on the X&Y axis.

• Screw bar

Add lubricant oil (or Rust Preventative Grease) to four Z-axis screw bars

• Change the water of the chiller every 3 months

Change the pure (distilled) water and clean the filters;

if water drains slowly from the drainage nozzle during water changing, please open the water supply inlet.

2. Take out the focus lens and clean it.

Turn the set screw counterclockwise to remove the Mirrors and clean it.

If your machine is a Bolt Pro, only the Third Mirror needs to be cleaned weekly.

Add lubricant oil (or Rust Preventative Grease) to four Z-axis screw bars.

2. Use an air blow gun to blow dust away from the fan blades.
