Firmware released in December 2025 for Titan added a function on the touch panel for users to select the Auto-Focus value for the optional lenses/barrels.
If you need to upgrade to the new firmware, after the upgrade, please check and confirm on the touch panel whether the machine has selected the corresponding functional settings. Detailed instructions are provided below.
The Lens Change option has been added to the panel of Titan Series since Mid December 2025.
It is used to switch the corresponding Auto-Focus value when changing the optional lenses/barrels.
Each option corresponds to a specific user-parameter focal distance value stored in the controller. The standard lens values are correctly configured and written into the controller before shipment; no further adjustment is required. If you need to test and input a new or backup focal distance, below is the introduction for your reference.

When the corresponding lens option is selected on the panel, the machine will read the preset Focusing Parameter value to complete the Auto-Focus process before running a file.

Currently, the Focusing Parameter can only be modified through the latest RDWorks software. We will coordinate with LaserMaker and LightBurn to add these parameters, allowing modification of them, too.
CO2&Fiber corresponding Dual laser focal length-1(mm) & Dual laser focal length-1(mm)
CO2 Backup corresponding CO2 backup focal length(mm)(you can test and input a new focal distance of CO2 lens/barrel here if needed)
Fiber corresponding Fiber focal length(mm)(this is a backup option for future optional fiber lens/barrel)
When your machine is a TITAN (not Titan Pro), the Focusing Parameter displays the following content:
Only the focusing parameter values corresponding to CO2 and CO2 Backup can be read and modified.
As Titan has no fiber laser source as Titan Pro, the CO2&Fiber and Fiber options are invalid on the panel.
Selecting an option in the Lens Change that has no corresponding relationship with the processing file will cause this fault to occur.
As below:
If Fiber is selected in the Lens Change while the processing file is set to use the CO₂ laser, this fault pop-up will be triggered.
If CO₂ is selected in the Lens Change and the processing file also sets the CO₂ laser type, the file can run successfully.
If your software is LightBurn, please upgrade to version 2.0.05 or later to support this feature. Below is the download link for the latest version of LightBurn. For specific technical questions or help requests, please open a Ticket with picture or video, so our Support team can assist you ASAP.
