The vacuum adsorption platform can effectively optimize the material fixation of laser machines. Unlike traditional clamps, vacuum adsorption does not leave any marks, scratches, or deformations on the workpiece, which is important for materials with high surface quality requirements.
Specific steps
- First, locate the 'vacuum adsorption platform' function option on the touch panel and turn it on.

To ensure the normal operation of the vacuum function, please prepare a piece of material (such as wood) that matches the dimensions of the honeycomb bed exactly, and drill holes in it. The smaller the hole diameter, the better. As shown in the figure below.

Next, place the material to be processed on the platform.

- After placing the material, click 'AF' to perform autofocus, then click 'Origin' to set the origin, confirm that there is no collision risk with 'Frame' , close the lid cover, and click 'Start-Pause' to start processing.

Finally, please turn off the 'vacuum adsorption platform' function on the touch panel and remove the material from the platform.
