How to Replace the TL-Timer Board on Bolt Machine

Start by powering off the machine and unplugging it from the wall power.

This guide will walk you through the physical replacement of the TL-timer board.


1. Physical Replacement

Warning
Power off the machine and unplug it from the wall before you begin work.


1.1. Tool Needed

① 2mm Allen wrench
② 2.5mm Allen wrench
③ Phillips screwdriver



1.2. How To Remove and then Reinstall

Locate the TL-timer board

The TL-timer board will be inside the electrical cabinet, on the left side of your Bolt machine.

Since the door sensor checking board and the solenoid valve are installed in front of the TL-timer board, they must be removed first before accessing the TL-timer board.

Step 1: Remove the Solenoid Valve

First, disconnect the four air tubes connected to the solenoid valve. Before removing them, please mark each tube to avoid mixing them up during reinstallation.

Then use a 2.5 mm Allen wrench to remove the screws that secure the solenoid valve.
After removing the screws, place the solenoid valve aside.

 

Step 2: Remove the Door Sensor Checking Board

Disconnect all the wires from the door sensor checking board. It is recommended to take a photo of the wiring first to record the position of each connection.

Then use a 2 mm Allen wrench to remove the screws and take out the door sensor checking board.

 

Step 3: Remove the TL-timer Board
Disconnect all the wires from the TL-timer board.

It is recommended to take a photo first to record the position of each connection.

Then use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws and take out the TL-timer board.


 

Step 4: Install the New TL-Timer Board
Take the new TL-timer board and install it in place, then secure it with screws. Reconnect all the wires.

After that, reinstall the door sensor checking board and reconnect all its wires.

 

Step 5: Reinstall the Solenoid Valve
Reinstall the solenoid valve and secure it with screws using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench.

Finally, reconnect all the air tubes.
