How to replace different laser heads in the TITAN series

Preface

Selecting the appropriate lens is crucial for achieving optimal results in laser cutting and engraving. Different lens designs are tailored to specific applications, enhancing precision, efficiency, and compatibility with various materials. Please select the appropriate lens based on your specific requirements to achieve the best processing results.

Specific steps

Disassemble

  1. Lower the platform first to provide enough space for handling and assembly.

  2. Loosen the fixing ring on the laser head and remove the lens barrel.

  3. Rotate the laser head counterclockwise to remove the lens barrel.

Assemble

  1. Take out the lens barrel that needs to be replaced, make sure it is aligned with the thread, and then rotate clockwise to securely attach the nozzle and the lens barrel together.
