How to Convert an Aurora Series Automatic Door to a Manual Door

Preface

The Aurora Series automatic door offers convenient automated access, but some scenarios may require a manual setup. This guide walks you through a safe, step-by-step conversion of your Aurora automatic door to manual.

Specific steps

  1. Locate the TL Timer board and unplug the shorting terminal from its IN1 interface.

a. Open the top cover of the machine, locate the TL Timer board.

b. Unplug the shorting terminal from the IN1 interface on the TL Timer board.

  1. Disconnect the power supply of the automatic door drive.

Unplug the drive power cables corresponding to the GND2 and 36V2 interfaces.

  1. Install the door handle.

a. Drill a hole with a diameter of 6.5mm at the position indicated in the diagram.

b. Next, fit the door handle to the door surface and secure it in place with M6×16 socket head cap screw assemblies from the inner side of the door.
