EzCad2 hatch/fill tutorial

The hatch function of laser marking machine is very important in practical applications, where to hatch, how to use, the meaning of hatch, how to set the hatch parameters.
Here we take a look at the hatching tutorial.

1. Import the graphics we need or the text we edit, below we see an  icon at the top of the laser marking machine software, this icon is our hatch function. We need to select the part we need to hatch, and then click the  icon.

If your software is EzCad3, please refer to the following chart.

2. Enter the hatch dialog, check Enable and Mark Contour, and select the appropriate hatch type.

If your software is EzCad3, please refer to the following chart.

All calc: In the hatching calculation, all objects that are not included in each other will be calculated as a whole, which will slow down the hatching speed in most cases, usually do not need to check.
Follow edge on: After the hatch is complete, the entire pattern will be contoured once, lengthening the hatch time, usually do not need to check.

3. Line spacing is the key to good or bad hatching effect, set 0.05mm under normal circumstances.
The smaller the value set, the more dense the hatch lines will be and the hatching speed will become slower; The larger the relative value, the faster the hatching speed, set 0.05mm that is the normal effect and hatching speed.

If your software is EzCad3, please refer to the following chart.

The Average Distribution Line option is unchecked.
Edge Offset, Start Offset, End Offset, Linereduction and Numloopss are set to 0. The loop distance is normally set to 0.5.
Auto rorate hatch does not need to be checked, and if it does, it is usually set to 10.

The above is our tutorial on the use of the hatch function of the EzCad, which is a very important function.
With the speed and power parameters, you can get a beautiful effect on your material.
