External Device Settings for Titan & Bolt Series

Preface

The Titan&Bolt series supports the function of setting the start delay and end delay of external exhaust fans and air pumps. It optimizes the engraving effect and ensures operational safety through airflow timing control.

The specific functions are as follows:

Start delay function: The air pump and exhaust fan can be preset to start before the device emits a light beam, allowing the exhaust fan to reach max speed if needed, ensuring that a stable auxiliary airflow and smoke extraction is formed when the laser starts to cut or engrave, effectively avoiding deviations in the engraving effect caused by unstable initial airflow.

End delay function: The air pump and exhaust fan can be preset to shut down delay after the engraving is completed, ensuring that the harmful dust generated during the engraving process is completely exhausted, reducing the health risk of operators inhaling dust.

External Device

There are two modes under this function option:  Standard mode and Intelligent mode.



Standard mode


Click the switch button to switch to standard mode, after which the exhaust fan and air pump will start and keep running at full speed, and the cooling fans of the machine casing and laser will start running at full speed.

This mode is usually used when the machine and laser generate excessive heat due to long-term continuous operation and require emergency cooling.


Notes
The machine will automatically switch back to Intelligent mode after the power is turned on again.

Intelligent mode

After turning on the machine, the Intelligent mode is enabled by default.

Click the position indicated by the red box in the illustration to open the modification field, where you may manually adjust the corresponding value.


Air pump and exhaust fan start delay

After pressing the Start button, the air pump and exhaust fan will start running first, and the laser will begin working after the preset delay time.

The default factory setting for this value is 1.

Air pump end delay

After the machine finishes processing, the air pump will stop working only after the preset delay time.

The default factory setting for this value is 20.

Exhaust fan end delay

After the machine finishes processing, the exhaust fan will stop working only after the preset delay time.

The default factory setting for this value is 30.

Start Adsorption Platform

Vacuum Adhesion Platform switch — if your machine supports the Vacuum Adhesion Platform function, please select “Open” when using it.
