Problem description:
This problem is due to the different movement of the belt on both sides of the Y-axis, which lead the belt is not synchronized.
Reasons:
1. There are some ways to improve the cutting problem by adjusting software.
1) An option of software for optimizing that problem.
Like below
Then re-download the file to laser machine and test again. If still not good, please go to next step.
Note:This option may not be available in the new version of the software, because the function has been checked and hidden.
2) Reduce the User setting of Go Acc factor and Speed factor to minimize the impact.
Like below:
2. The hardware parts on the machine are loose
1) The focus len fixing ring is not locked.
Solution: Turn the fixing ring clockwise to lock the lens.
2) In the power off state, the laser head can be easily shaken.
Solution: Fix all the screws between the laser head and slider.
3) The coupling loose
Please check if one of couplings is loose.
Like below:
If yes, please tighten the screws again in clockwise with M5 Allen wrench.
4) The gear of transmission shaft loose
Please check which side of gear of transmission shaft is unfixed. Like below:
If the gear loose that mean the transmission shaft module is bad please contact with us.
5) The belt of Y axis or X axis is too loose or too tight
Please adjust the tightness of the belt like the below video.
6) The fixing screw at the bottom of the Y-axis slider is loose.
Solution :
Use a wrench to tighten the bottom screws of the left and right sliders.
