Cannot Connect NOVA/Bolt via USB on WIN11 System

Problem Description:

After installing the laser software LightBurn or RDWorks, the USB port cannot communicate with the machine.

WIN 11 systems are usually accompanied by the following pop-up prompt.

Reason:

Enabling Memory integrity in WIN11 prevents the installation and running of the loaded FTDI driver.

Solution:

Go to the Core Isolation page in Windows Security, and turn off the Memory Integrity option.

Please refer to the detailed steps: A driver can't load on this device.

Quick Steps:

Right-click the Start and click the Setting

Start > Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > Device Security and then under Core isolation, select Core isolation details.

Finally, reinstall the software and reinstall the driver.
