Bolt Series Air Pressure Sensor Warning(Bolt PRO 22/32)

Problem description

When click Start, the panel will display an alarm error as follows:


Reasons

1. Air pressure below alarm value

The air pressure falls below 0.3 psi.




Solution:

Adjust the air pressure to make it greater than the alarm value.

  1. Loosen the nut first.


  2. Turn clockwise to make the air pressure smaller, and counterclockwise to make the air pressure larger.


  3. After adjustment, re-lock the nut.

    Adjust the High and Low air assist channels in the same way.

2. Air pipes are damaged or disconnected

Damaged or disconnected air pipes can result in not enough air entering the air pipes.


Solution:

Check all air pipes throughout the machine and note any sound of air leakage.

Press the "Test" button before checking, the blowing can be maintained for 20s.

3. Damage to components controlling the air circuit

The High Air and Low Air blowing output inside the machine is controlled by two air solenoid packs, two relays, the TL-timer, and the air pump.

Solution:

  1. If pressing the "High Air" and "Low Air" test buttons, neither will allow the nozzle to blow air.
    indicating that the air pump is faulty.
    Please jump to 4. Air pump failure.

  2. If you Press the "High Air" and "Low Air" test buttons, one of them allows the nozzle to blow air.
    Indicating a possible fault in the air solenoid pack, relay, or TL-timer.

4. Air pump failure

No power supply or damaged air pump.


Solution:
Open the left door, re-plug the L5 butt terminal, and check if it has been burned.
